Enabling Leadership Coaching

Enabling Leadership Coaching is about working with leaders to turn ideas and learning into performance-winning leadership practices that benefit the leader and their team.

The coaching focuses on identifying present challenges and opportunities, exploring the current state, and developing concrete actions.

Art of Work’s coaching approach draws on the internationally recognised GROW coaching model and Michael Bungay Stanier’s seven powerful coaching questions.

Coaching provides the opportunity to build and track improvements, drawing on the Enabling Leadership ideas and practices. It is about putting curiosity into action and experiencing the direct benefits of asking more engaging open-ended questions.

Each coaching session is facilitated by one of Art of Work’s senior leaders, Marc McLaren or Nicki Crayfourd.

Coaching is delivered online in either a small Coaching Pod of up to four people or one-to-one. The Coaching Pod provides the opportunity to discuss and learn from others, while the one-to-one coaching facilitates a deeper dive.

Once a session is booked, the Art of Work team will be in contact to determine the session times based on availability.
